30-Day Return Window We accept full-price returns and refunds on brand new, unused, in-box items purchased in store within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unopened condition to qualify.
Original Packaging Required If the original container or packaging has been discarded or damaged, we are unable to accept the return, as we cannot restock the item for resale. Please hold onto all packaging until you are certain you will be keeping your purchase.
No Returns on Special Order Items All special order items are final sale. No exceptions. We take this policy seriously and will work closely with you throughout the ordering process to make sure you receive exactly what you need. We encourage every customer to ask questions, do their research, and confirm fitment and compatibility before placing a special order.
Customer Responsibility While we are here to help guide your purchase, the customer bears responsibility for educating and informing themselves on the product they are buying.
