Return & Refund Policy

At A2D Motorsports, our top priority is customer service and satisfaction. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Window

We accept full-price returns and refunds on brand new, unused, in-box items purchased in store or online within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unopened condition to qualify.

Original Packaging Required

If the original container or packaging has been discarded or damaged, we are unable to accept the return, as we cannot restock the item for resale. Please hold onto all packaging until you are certain you will be keeping your purchase.

No Returns on Special Order Items

All special order items are final sale. No exceptions. We take this policy seriously and will work closely with you throughout the ordering process to make sure you receive exactly what you need. We encourage every customer to ask questions, do their research, and confirm fitment and compatibility before placing a special order.

How to Start a Return

Contact us before shipping anything back so we can confirm the item qualifies and give you return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us right away and we will make it right at no cost to you. Please keep all packaging and take photos of any shipping damage.

Customer Responsibility

While we are here to help guide your purchase, the customer bears responsibility for educating and informing themselves on the product they are buying.
