Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Special order and custom items are ordered from the manufacturer once your order is placed; lead times for those items are listed below by brand. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We ship within the United States. Some oversized, freight, or hazardous items may have shipping restrictions or additional charges — if that applies to your order, we will contact you before shipping.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. If a package arrives damaged, keep all packaging, take photos, and contact us right away so we can file a claim with the carrier and get you taken care of. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
