AVID's T3 anti-ratchet drivers in 6 tooth, 3.5 pitch, for the 2022–2026 Polaris Matryx with the 7-spline aluminum drive shaft. These are the drivers you need when a Matryx that came with a 3-inch or 2.86-pitch track goes to a 3.5-pitch track such as the Composit M700 or the Polaris Series 8/9. Sold as a pair (two drivers, one sled).

AVID makes this short-shaft version longer, so it extends inward and grips more of the splines on the Matryx drive shaft. Per AVID: T3 drivers have involute points running outward and inward with anti-ratchet points in the middle; the involute points drive off the rubber bumps on either side of each track window. The Matryx Series 8/9 (3.5 pitch, 2.75 paddle) tracks and Ski-Doo/Lynx tracks do not have four rows of bumps between the windows, so this T3 style is the one for them. Installing anti-ratchet drivers on a Polaris skid may require trimming the front of the rails and fitting an anti-stab kit (MTNTK Bullet Proof). We fit these with every Composit track we install on a Matryx.
