Product details
The IceAge Performance BOMBER ELEVATE spindle kit for Polaris Matryx and AXYS mountain sleds. Sold as a pair. BOMBER is the heavy-duty forged version, built for riders who go bell to bell and are hardest on parts. A LIGHTWEIGHT version (15-365) is also available.
The ELEVATE spindle is 1" taller than OEM, lifting the sled out of the snow for less drag and a lighter, more predictable feel. IceAge says the difference is most noticeable sidehilling in technical terrain, with reduced panel and chassis drag and paneling out made virtually impossible. Each spindle is forged and then CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, comparable in weight to stock.
On RMK-length track shocks, the ELEVATE setup drops the front skid arm into the pre-punched (not always pre-drilled) hole in the tunnel. That geometry change requires Khaos-profile rails to avoid track stabbing, and it gives a handling feel between a factory RMK and a Khaos. The kit works with factory Polaris front-end parts and needs no bulkhead modifications.
