Len Performance LS8-50000 rebuildable ski shock for Polaris trail and crossover sleds: 2012–2014 Pro-Ride Switchback 800, 2015–2021 AXYS Switchback Pro-S / Pro-X / Adventure / SP 144 / Assault 144 / XCR and Rush Pro-S / Pro-X, 2015–2020 Voyageur 600 144, and the 2021–2026 Matryx Indy VR1 / XC / XCR / Adventure / SP and Switchback Assault 146 (650, 850, Patriot 9R and Patriot Boost). One part number fits either side. At $522.95 each, it is A2D's value pick for a rebuildable, adjustable reservoir ski shock: clicker adjustment, a reservoir and a serviceable design without the cost of a race-level shock.
The ski shocks set how the front end reacts to trail chop, how hard the skis bite in a corner and how much the sled dives on the brakes. This coil-over reservoir shock has 5-click compression and 5-click rebound adjustment plus a threaded body with locking preload rings, so the front end can be set for rider weight and trail conditions instead of running fixed factory valving.
Fitment. Sold each; order two for a pair (Len Performance sells the pair as kit LS8-50000K). Matching Len Performance track shocks: 54-50000F front track with 54-50001R rear track (Switchback Pro-S / Adventure, Rush) or 54-50000R rear track (Switchback Assault, SKS 146); 54-50003F / 54-50003R for the Indy Matryx. Chassis: Polaris Pro-Ride (2012–2014), AXYS (2015–2021) and Matryx (2021–2026).
