Portal Recessed Nut Kit for the Polaris Ranger 800
Replacement recessed nut hardware kit for portal gear lifts on the Polaris Ranger 800. Provides a complete set of precision-machined recessed nuts that secure the portal housing to the knuckle — replacing stripped, corroded, or damaged hardware that compromises the portal mounting integrity.

Each recessed nut is CNC-machined to exact dimensional tolerances. Precision machining ensures the nuts seat flush in the portal housing counterbores and thread cleanly onto the mounting studs — eliminating the cross-threading and poor seating that comes with cast or stamped replacement hardware.
