Aluminum Doors Built for the Turbo R
The Polaris RZR Turbo R is built to dominate high-speed desert terrain, and the cab needs doors that can take the same beating. These 5052-grade aluminum doors provide full-coverage protection from rocks, roost, and trail debris while keeping the cab sealed from dust and the elements.
One-Hand Slam-Latch System
The integrated slam-latch mechanism lets you open and close each door with a single hand — swing it shut and the latch engages automatically. It stays locked tight over whoops, jumps, and washboard trails. A full-perimeter rubber seal keeps dust and moisture out of the cab.
Precision CNC-Cut Fitment
Each door panel is CNC-cut to match the Turbo R's cage geometry for a gap-free, rattle-free fit. Bolt-on mounting brackets align with factory mounting points — no drilling, no trimming, and no cage modifications required. Installation takes basic hand tools and minimal time.
5052-Grade Durability
5052 aluminum is the same alloy used in marine and aerospace applications — corrosion-proof, impact-resistant, and significantly stronger than sheet steel at a fraction of the weight. The powder-coated finish adds chip and scratch resistance that holds up across seasons of hard use.
