SuperATV Rev1 Stage 2 Adjustable Clutch Kit for the Polaris Xpedition (2024 and newer, all ADV, ADV 5, XP and XP 5 trims). The kit includes three adjustable clutch arms, a primary clutch spring, a full set of tuning weights and a Stage 2 secondary helix, so the clutch can be set up for the tires, terrain and elevation you actually ride instead of the factory compromise.

Bigger tires, sand, mud and high elevation all change how a stock clutch engages. The Rev1 kit comes with weight tables so you can tune engagement and shift-out to the machine; the result is quicker backshift, stronger low-end engagement, less belt slip and less heat build-up. The Stage 2 helix adds secondary side-pressure for better belt grip in high-throttle, low-speed conditions such as mud and rock crawling.

Choose your belt option. Order the kit on its own, or add a SuperATV World's Best Belt (GBoost technology) so the belt is replaced at the same time as the clutch components.
