Replacement GDP Portal Wheel Stud Kit
Replace worn or damaged wheel studs on your GDP portal gear lift hubs with this complete stud kit. Portal hubs put significantly more stress on wheel studs than standard hubs — larger tires, higher torque at the wheel, and aggressive trail riding all accelerate stud wear. This kit gives you fresh, full-strength studs purpose-built for portal applications.
Portal-Grade Hardware
These studs are manufactured to a higher specification than standard wheel studs. They're designed for the increased torque loads that portal gear lifts create at the wheel, providing the clamping force needed to keep your wheels secure under extreme conditions.
Heat-Treated Steel
Each stud is heat-treated for maximum tensile strength and fatigue resistance. This prevents the stretching, loosening, and shearing that can occur with standard studs under portal-level loads.
