SLP's Outlaw twin pipes for the Polaris 9R Matryx RMK and Khaos. Two black ceramic-coated pipes exit through the stock belly pan outlet into an SLP Competition Series Ultra-Lite silencer. This is the racier, rowdier 9R package; it is only offered for the 9R, not the 850 or the Patriot Boost.

On snow our testing puts the Outlaws at 16–18 hp over stock; SLP's figure is +14.1 hp peak with healthy low-end and midrange gains and 6 lb of weight savings. They require an SLP ECU reflash (SLP Flash Tun'R, sold separately) and 91 octane with octane booster. Compared with the single pipe this is a more involved install (about 3 hours, heat taping of the hood and nosecone) and a more maintenance-intensive system because of the number of exhaust springs and the tight fitment under the hood. Pair it with the A2D 9R clutch kit ($539) so the extra power becomes track speed instead of belt heat; if you already run an A2D kit, we recalibrate it for the new power at no charge.
