Product details
SP1 rebuild kit for the Ski-Doo pDrive primary clutch used on the 2017 and newer Gen4 and Gen5 850 E-TEC. The pDrive's rollers and bushings wear with hours and belt heat; a worn pDrive shifts late, runs hot and eats belts. This is the base pDrive rebuild kit (SP1 53-22566).
We rebuild pDrive clutches on the bench when we do clutch kits, and this is the kit we use for a primary that has the wear parts gone but the sheaves still good. For the complete clutch rebuild with the full parts list see SP1 53-22574.
Fitment. 2017–2026 Ski-Doo Gen4 and Gen5 850 E-TEC with the pDrive primary clutch (Summit, Freeride, Backcountry, MXZ, Renegade). Confirm your clutch type with the shop if unsure.
