Product details
SLP's single pipe set for the Polaris 850 Patriot is the first exhaust upgrade we put on an 850 RMK or Khaos. It replaces the stock pipe, Y-pipe and muffler with SLP's YST tuned pipe and a lightweight ceramic-coated silencer, and it fits the 2019–2022 AXYS 850 RMK and SKS 155 and the 2022–2027 Matryx 850 RMK, Khaos and Slash.
On snow, in Southcentral Alaska, our testing puts the gain at 7–9 hp with about 11 lb off the sled; SLP's own figure is +6.5 hp top-end and up to 9.6 lb (standard silencer) or 11 lb (PicNic'R). It runs on 91 octane with no flash required. Pair it with the A2D Matryx/AXYS 850 clutch kit ($459) so the extra power becomes track speed instead of belt heat; if you already run an A2D kit, we recalibrate it for the new power at no charge. It also stacks with the A2D 850 custom ECU flash ($450) and the SLP Power Dome head; pipe + head + flash + clutching on an 850 is the combination that runs with a stock 9R.
Fitment. 2019–2022 Polaris 850 Patriot AXYS Pro RMK, RMK and SKS 155; 2022–2027 Polaris 850 Patriot Matryx RMK, Khaos and Slash. Does not fit the 850 Indy, Switchback, VR1 or XCR (see the trail single pipe set, SLP 09-8022) and does not fit the 9R or the Patriot Boost.
