Stock rubber A-arm bushings on the Polaris RZR 800 wear out and leave your suspension feeling sloppy. This HDPE A-Arm Bushing Kit replaces all the worn factory rubber with High-Density Polyethylene bushings that outlast the originals at a budget-friendly price.
HDPE — Tough and Economical
HDPE bushings resist moisture, UV, and compression set better than rubber while keeping the cost down compared to UHMW. They're an excellent choice for riders who want a significant upgrade over stock without the premium price tag.
Direct Press-Fit
Every bushing is machined to the factory bore dimensions of the RZR 800 A-arms. Remove the worn rubber, press in the new HDPE bushings, and you're done. No drilling, cutting, or modification required.
Tighten Up Your Ride
If your RZR 800 has developed loose steering, clunking sounds, or a vague feel over rough terrain, worn A-arm bushings are the most likely cause. This kit restores tight, predictable handling.
