Len Performance LS4-80002F rebuildable front track shock, also called the center shock, for the rear suspension on Lynx deep-snow, crossover and utility sleds: BoonDocker 3900 600R (2020–2022) and BoonDocker DS 850 3900 / 4100 (2022), Shredder 600R 146 / 154 (2023–2025), Shredder DS 3900 and Shredder RE 3700 / 3900 850 E-TEC and Turbo R (2023–2026), Xterrain 3700 / 3900 and Xterrain 146 (2021–2024) and the 49 Ranger (2020–2025). It replaces the factory front track shock with a coil-over reservoir shock. At $541.95 each, it is A2D's value pick for a rebuildable, adjustable reservoir front track shock: clicker adjustment, a reservoir and a serviceable design without the cost of a race-level shock.
The front track shock controls how the skid loads under acceleration, how the front of the track carries weight on sidehills and how much ski pressure you keep when you get on the throttle. This shock has 5-click compression and 5-click rebound adjustment plus threaded preload rings, so it can be set for rider weight and snow conditions instead of running fixed factory valving.
Fitment. Sold each. Lynx only. Pairs with the Len Performance 54-80002R rear track shock for a complete rear suspension (Len Performance kit LS4-80002K). Matching ski shocks: 54-80002 on the 49 Ranger and Xterrain; 54-80000LH / RH on the Shredder and BoonDocker DS. Platform: Lynx Radien (BoonDocker, Xterrain, 49 Ranger) and Radien2 (2023 and later Shredder DS / RE).
