Len Performance LS8-11001 rebuildable ski shock for Arctic Cat mountain sleds: M 6000 / 7000 / 8000 / 9000 (2014–2019), M 8000 Mountain Cat and Mountain Cat Alpha One 154 / 165 (2017–2024) and the M 858, HCR and HCX Catalyst 146 / 154 / 165 (2025–2026), plus the 2015–2017 Yamaha SR Viper MTX / STX / XTX built on the same chassis. One part number fits either side. At $611.95 each, it is A2D's value pick for a rebuildable, adjustable reservoir mountain ski shock: clicker adjustment, a reservoir and a serviceable design without the cost of a race-level shock.
On a mountain sled the ski shocks control how the front end settles on a sidehill and how it absorbs re-entries and stump hits in the trees. This coil-over reservoir shock has 5-click compression and 5-click rebound adjustment, a 130 mm stroke, and a threaded body with locking preload rings so ski pressure can be set for rider weight and snow conditions.
Fitment. Sold each; order two for a pair (Len Performance sells the pair as kit LS8-11001K). Matching Len Performance track shocks for the M-series skid are the 54-11001SF front track shock and 54-11001SR rear track shock. Chassis: Arctic Cat ProClimb (M-series), Alpha One and Catalyst.
