Portal Recessed Nut Kit for the Polaris RZR
Replacement recessed nut hardware kit for portal gear lifts installed on the Polaris RZR. Provides fresh, properly torqued recessed nuts for the portal housings — replacing worn, stripped, or corroded hardware that can compromise the clamping force holding the portal assembly together.

Each recessed nut is machined to the exact specifications required by the portal gear lift housing. Proper thread engagement and seating depth ensure consistent clamping force across all fastener locations — preventing uneven loading that leads to housing flex and seal leaks.
