This HDPE A-Arm Bushing Kit is built for the 2016 Polaris RZR 900 with aftermarket A-arms. It replaces all factory rubber bushings with High-Density Polyethylene — a meaningful step up from stock at a price that makes sense.

HDPE resists moisture, UV, and compression set significantly better than rubber. For riders who want better-than-stock performance without the premium cost of UHMW, HDPE is the right call.
Direct Press-Fit
Every bushing is machined to factory bore specs. Remove the worn rubber, press in the new HDPE, and bolt everything back together. No modification required.
