Product details
40" LED Light Bar Roof Mount for Polaris Xpedition
Mount a full-size 40-inch LED light bar to the roof of your Polaris Xpedition with this purpose-built bracket kit. CNC-cut from heavy-gauge steel, these brackets position your light bar at the optimal overhead angle for maximum forward and peripheral illumination on the trail.
Heavy-Duty Steel Construction
Each bracket is CNC-cut from thick steel plate and finished with a durable powder coat to resist corrosion, UV exposure, and trail debris. Built to handle vibration and impact without loosening or shifting.
Optimized Mounting Position
Roof-level placement puts the light output above the dust line and hood glare zone, giving you a cleaner, farther-reaching beam pattern. The 40-inch size provides wider coverage for improved peripheral visibility. Compatible with most standard 40-inch LED light bars.
Direct-Fit Installation
Designed specifically for the Polaris Xpedition cage and roof profile. Bolts to existing mounting points with no drilling, cutting, or modification required.
