The TRS PowerFlow II is the second-generation PowerFlow air valve for the Polaris Patriot Boost, developed by TRS Performance with AT Engineering. It replaces the billet aluminum valve with an additively manufactured, fiber-reinforced composite structure that delivers the same airflow in a lighter, more compact package. Includes the built-in FrogSkin screen.
- Lightweight composite design: half the weight of the original billet PowerFlow valve and lighter than the stock Polaris valve, for quicker throttle response and acceleration while keeping rigidity where the loads demand it.
- Fiber-reinforced composite construction: additive manufacturing places material only where it adds strength, replacing excess mass with an optimized internal structure that cannot be machined.
- FrogSkin screen integration: keeps debris out while maintaining optimal airflow.
- Compact and efficient: takes up less airbox space for a clean fit on the Polaris Boost platform.
- Smooth operation: a softer spring gives a smoother, more controlled transition from naturally aspirated to boost.
Fitment: Polaris Matryx Patriot Boost, RMK and Khaos, 2022 and newer. Manufacturer part number TRSBV-2. Replaces the original TRS PowerFlow valve.
