Portal Gear Lift Conversion Kit — Gen 1 to Gen 2 for Yamaha UTVs
Upgrade your existing Gen 1 portal gear lifts to the current Gen 2 design with this complete conversion kit built for Yamaha UTVs. Gen 2 portals feature improved gear geometry and stronger internals, and this kit lets you retrofit those improvements without replacing the entire portal assembly.
Gen 2 Gear Geometry
The updated gear set delivers improved load distribution and reduced operating temperatures compared to the original Gen 1 design. Stronger tooth profiles handle higher horsepower and heavier loads with less wear over time.

Every component in this kit is machined to Gen 2 specifications, including upgraded bearings and seals. The result is a portal assembly that runs cooler, lasts longer, and handles aggressive riding with greater reliability.
